Age Limit
The age limits vary based on the position applied for:
- Forex Acquisition and Relationship Manager (MMG/S-II): 24 to 35 years
- Credit Analyst (MMG/S-II): 25 to 30 years
- Relationship Manager (SMG/S-IV): 35 to 42 years
- Lead – Digital Payment Fraud Prevention: 31 to 45 years
- UPI Merchant Product Manager: 26 to 40 years
- UI/UX Specialist Digital Journey: 25 to 45 years
Salary Details
The salary packages for the selected candidates are highly competitive:
- For positions like Dy. Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Application Architect, etc.: Up to ₹45 lakh per annum.
- For roles such as Forex Acquisition and Relationship Manager, Senior Manager, Chief Manager, etc.:
- MMGS II: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960
- MMGS III: ₹85,920 – ₹105,280
- SMG/S-IV: ₹102,300 – ₹120,940
Tenure
The tenure for different positions is as follows:
- Most Positions: Initial engagement for three years or until the candidate reaches 62 years of age, whichever is earlier. This can be extended annually up to a total of five years, subject to satisfactory performance.
- Forex Acquisition and Relationship Manager, Senior Manager, Chief Manager, Credit Analyst, and Relationship Manager: One-year engagement from the date of joining.
Qualifications
Quality Assurance Engineers
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Zonal Sales Manager and Assistant Vice President MSME – Sales, Assistant Vice President – Acquisition and Relationship Manager
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
Radiance Private Sales Head
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Wealth Strategist (Investment and Insurance)
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Credit Analyst
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline and a Post Graduation degree with specialization in Finance or CA/CMA/CS/CFA.
Relationship Manager
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline and a Post Graduation degree/diploma with specialization in Finance (minimum one-year course).

Selection Procedure

- For most positions: Selection will be based on an interview.
- For positions like Forex Acquisition and Relationship Manager, Senior Manager, Chief Manager, etc.: Selection will involve a group discussion, interview, and online test.
